Creative Strategist (f/m) – Hamburg

The Creative Strategist is the foundation of any creative project and acts as the brand ambassador. In this role, you are responsible to develop digital and integrated strategies to meet the client’s brand objectives based on consumer insight, data and your expertise.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Turn research into insights and insights into briefings
  • Developed strategies based on behaviour and need of brand
  • Create social campaign strategies that drive awareness and engagement
  • Partner with art director/creative director to take briefs and turn them into original, vibrant ideas
  • Experienced communicator, impulse generator and driving force
  • You bring a strong passion for digital trends and brands
  • You have a distinctive brand understanding, creativity and an eye for emotionally compelling design
  • Cross-media working with great and inspiring colleagues through the integrated cooperation of all the units within the agency


Key Qualifications

  • At least 2-4 years relevant work experience in a digital / creative agency on the German market
  • Excellent analytical, solution-oriented and conceptual thinking paired with emotional intelligence and reflectivity
  • Strong presentation skills and high self-motivation and ambition
  • Understand the emotional effects of a brand and the human needs
  • A diverse portfolio of original advertising and brand engagement work, including digital, video, and new media
  • A fun and collaborative team culture, and you will work in an environment where you are supported, pushed and developed
  • Expert understanding of creative considerations across print, website, mobile, online advertising, social media, video, and so on
  • Experience in consumer technology or consumer lifestyle categories
  • Bridge the gap between the analyst and creative teams
  • Proficient in English, German a plus
