We are working with a global consumer electrics company that, among other things, makes some of the best high-end audio equipment for both home and professional use.
For their HQ in Hong Kong, they are looking for a CRM Specialist, with solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to strategize, build, analyse the customer journey and email campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Mange & maximize the email marketing program
- Develop sophisticated cross-channel consumer journeys to achieve specific business objectives
- Drive customer acquisition growth through lead generation campaigns
- Play integral part in defining Customer Lifetime Value
- Set up set up measurement, reporting and optimization cycle
- Create and update audience segments (data extension) for email journeys and campaigns on both global and regional campaigns
- Post-campaign, ad-hoc reporting of campaigns and customer journeys. Set up reporting and SFMC training process for regional teams.
- 3+ years work experience in email marketing/CRM in an E-Commerce landscape, preferably in a regional or global role.
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM platform is required
- In-depth understanding of email marketing campaigns, customer journeys and touchpoints to deliver CRM strategies
- Must be a strong team player and have experience in working with multicultural markets as you will be collaborating closely with Global teams across Asia and Europe.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS preferred
