Our regional digital rewards client are seeking a Customer Experience Design Researcher to create stimuli, support research design and execution and collaborate in analysis to support the product development and customer experience innovation.


The successful candidate will working with the Digital acceleration team to deep dive into members’ experience on various digital touchpoints (e.g. website, mobile app) using different exploratory research and user testing methodologies.


Using member insights to influence our digital service design across various touchpoints you will collaborate in the development, update and visualization of member experience principles, in order to assist all teams in effective interpretation and implementation of the principles.  


You will be evaluating the service design delivery in terms of the member experience principles and usage contexts to ensure experiential consistency of all user touch-points, and understanding customer insights and pain points, collaborate closely with other Customer Experience teams and members of the larger organization to identify new opportunities for programme or experience redesign and innovation.
