We are looking for a Customer Succes Manager with the drive to create and build client relationships with experience in a SaaS company.
- Be the bridge between the clients’ needs and the technology
- Understand and match the clients’ expectations
- Service the clients in such a way they get the fullest out of the technology
- Develop key account plans to identify opportunities and deliver value
- Establish a trusted advisor role to build and maintain a strong relationship
- Design strategies to help clients reach their objectives
- Use your understanding of clients needs and the market to develop new product ideas
- Some experience with digital marketing in a customer-oriented position
- You have a service mindset and want to improve the clients’ experience through building strong relationships
- You are comfortable picking up the phone and able to communicate clearly, positively and constructive
- An eye for detail and ability to act on it will get you far in this role
- You are always looking to improve the relationship with the clients
- To deliver the highest possible quality, you know how to test and improve digital solutions
