For an international consumer electrics company that, among other consumer electronics, makes some of the world’s best audio equipment, we are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to drive the best possible experience online and offline. This is role responsible for full cycle project management to develop a product, technology, system, solution, or service. The ideal candidate has a combination of project management skills, e-com experience and a human centred approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the development road map including project priorities and objectives
  • Improve the customer journey and experience using tools like journey mapping workshops and subject matter expert meetings
  • Do project management for the projects you are actively involved in
  • Develop project plans, coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress



  • 5 years experience as a project management lead (certification is preferred)
  • Background in CX and the use of Design Thinking
  • You can clearly communicate verbally and written and you are comfortable presenting for an audience
  • Extensive understanding of Google Analytics and exposure to Datorama or Tableau
  • Able to analyse data and give strategic advice
  • You have worked on a Shopify platform
  • Proven ability to understand the needs from the customer journey
