You will be counted on to build up the group’s brand loyalty program from a data- driven approach. With a large set of existing customer database on hand, you can work your magic through data processing, data modelling, customer segmentation and data visualization to draw insight on the ROI and omni- channel performance. You will present your findings and insightful recommendations to various stakeholders from C-levels to marketers and will get to influence the data culture across multiple offices across APAC.
The Stacks: SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, PowerBI
