The Client

A leading outdoor, lifestyle & apparel brand worldwide with over 40+ globally recognized brands across active, outdoor, jeans and work catergories. With a strong growth and demand in their e-Commerce business, they are actively looking for a senior executive candidate to lead the e-Commerce space for one of their outdoor brands.

 

The Role

 

  • Oversee the full P&L for the ecommerce business across APAC markets
  • Maintain and deliver consistency across markets on business growth and expansion plans
  • Develop and connect the ecosystem with both online and offline platforms across different retailing channels
  • Involve in driving and planning of e-Commerce roadmap and timeline of product enhancement and customer experience
  • Oversee site merchandising working closely with marketing and buying teams to present the optimal assortment to drive revenue and optimize the user experience based upon an understanding of the on-site path to purchase
  • Evaluate and make appropriate competitors analysis for future business planning
  • Drive strong collaboration between internal stakeholders across different functions
  • Plan and set clear KPIs strategically to drive business forward and identify gaps and potentials

 

Requirements  

  • 8-10 years of eCommerce experience managing global consumer brands, fashion and apparel background a plus
  • Strong end to end customer engagement funnel exposure, strong offsite and onsite customer managament
  • Hands on Omni-channel experience working with cross departments
  • Data centric and strong analytical mindset to drive appropriate business insight and recommendations
  • Ability to maintain credibility with stakeholders and create strong collaborative culture
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Strong language skills in English and Chinese
  • Limited travel is required
