A business with an 80 year heritage in experiential marketing and building unique brand experiences. Their foothold in China is significant and they have established deep routed business relationships with both domestic and international brands.
The role: In this newly created role you will take the helm of the already 30 strong creative team. Leveraging your CD’s to manage daily team operations and client creative delivery you will focus on evolving the creative value proposition for China as part of a global initiative. Business strategy, creative diversification and elevation, and leading creative talent initiatives will form the focus of the role while still steering ‘blue sky’ creative concepts and policing creative output.
Mandarin language proficiency is advantageous but extensive commercial experience within the China market is critical.
