We are Looking for a skilled Mid-weight Experience Designer to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for originating, iterating and completing designs multiple digital channels for a variety of clients.
The successful applicant will demonstrate their expertise in user experience and product design across digital channels, as well as marketing activities such as programme and campaign development. They will combine these and related disciplines to deliver methodical, well-considered and creative solutions.
Our designers translate marketing objectives or creative concepts into strong experience design solutions, by applying a solid understanding of usability, narrative architecture and functional design. To join us, you will be comfortable interpreting information architecture into a design methodology beginning with user experience design right through to pixel-perfect interface and interaction designs that help to establish digital narratives.
You will also be able to demonstrate how you bring digital to life: knowing how to take business requirements and customer needs into consideration, and deliver digital experiences that people love to use. You’ll have a methodical, strategic approach, an enviable eye for detail and know how to apply innovative design techniques for digital platforms.
You must be able to show an exciting and rich portfolio that shows you to be an accomplished designer when working with a wide variety of media. You will also be familiar and comfortable with operating within teams of colleagues from various disciplines.
