Experience Strategist – Skilled in Digital and Data

Location: Bangkok 

Salary: Up to USD $170,000

My client, a renowned global digital agency focused on marketing automation, CRM and digital transformation is looking to build their team in Bangkok to lead the transofrmation work for a Global automotive brand. 

They are looking for an Experience Strategist to join their team and lead a Data Analyst and Data Scientist. You will be working closely with the Senior Leadership team on the client side to drive change. 



• Creates experiences across channels, not just campaigns, by

  • owning and pushing end to end thinking and application of ideas within Ford, our agency partners and own teams
  • being able to brief the right questions and read data to draw insights and tell data driven stories
  • developing measurement frameworks to properly track and analyze the right business metrics and learn from them

• Inspire our creatives by unique and simple briefs by o developing consumer journey maps and user experience strategies

  • championing advanced audience definition and insight that are surprising, unexpected and inspiring
  • help define clear business challenges and human translations of it
  • be a strong partner through the process with valuable feedback and additional insights

• Lead a “can do” supportive open culture by

  • empower and trust the people around you (especially the planners in the region) the to motivate them and make them better every day
  • be a strong, honest and reliable partner for our clients and partner agencies
  • create a flexible and open culture where everyone feels heard, empowered and supported

Skills and experience

  • 6+ years professional experience in a senior strategic role in an agency, tech consultancy or startup
  • Ability to successfully manage a team
  • Demonstrated experience in journey mapping and user experience strategy
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and data
  • Knowledge of social and content in building and strengthening a brand/brand experience as well as fostering dynamic interactions with customers
  • An understanding of new forms of innovations (e.g. AI, machine learning, Internet of things, connectivity services, VR/AR
  • An ambitious humble hungry character with persistence to achieve greatness
  • Curious and openminded leader with a proven track record for driving multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Good interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills. • Ability to problem-solve many challenges simultaneously, quickly, calmly and efficiently
  • Demonstrates an informed and thoughtful POV internally and with clients
  • Proactively tracks trends in business and market place relevant to client business
  • Demonstrated ability to foster team culture and grow others’ careers
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally
