For our client, an event and brand experience agency and a professional in communication in space with offices in Germany, Switzerland and China, we are looking for a Head of Digital (m/f) in Cologne to help with the digital transformation of the agency and contribute to the establishment of processes among other tasks.

Working at the intersection of concept development, architecture and graphic design on the projects coming mostly from the automotive field, you will be strengthening the digital team and  leading and coordinating interactive and motion design projects aimed at the European market. The role is a great opportunity not only to challenge yourself working on a variety of exciting and broad-scale projects, but also to make an input into the agency development and try yourself out in the role of an innovator.


Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver highquality brand experience design in space and develop functional and esthetic visual design solutions
  • Develop crossmedia concepts for fairs, events, flagship and pop-up stores within the multidisciplinary team
  • Implement concepts in terms of the holistic production process
  • Present your concepts and ideas to clients and be the reference point for both clients and  colleagues regarding project realization


Your profile:

  • Excellent understanding of the digital design field and holistic brand experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the fields of communication in space, fairs, temporary architecture and structures, scenography and staging
  • Affinity to and great skills in motion design and interactive design
  • Profound knowledge of animation, film and postproduction
  • Experience working with Cinema 4D or 3D Studio Max and After Effects
  • Experience leading an interdisciplinary team
  • Great presentation skills and fluency in English
