Our client is a global Fintech company with offices across 10+ countries. They have various product lines like E-Wallet and Payment systems. The company offers great working environment, employee benefits and competitive salaries.

They are looking for an experienced product leader to join their fast-growing team in Nanshan, Shenzhen!

Responsibilities:

+ Work with the development and product teams to define the Fintech product and project strategy.

+ Lead the product team in China region and guide the junior product managers.

+ Manage and maintain the product roadmap.

+ Work directly with client product managers and the dev team to test and release implementations.

+ Able to take the initiative and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

+ 8 years of working experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management

or lead technical support role for software applications.

+ A Bachelor’s degree or above from reputed universities, major in computer science or information system.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

+ Demonstrated success in defining and launching software products.

+ Proven leadership experience in managing a team or complex projects.

+ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

+ Remote work using collaboration software like Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.
