Our client is a leading Management Consultancy in the field of Digital Marketing and actively looking for experienced candidates with backgrounds in Programmatic Media/Biddable/Paid Social Search/Media Advertising and Performance Marketing.
Management Consultants work collaboratively with both clients and their agency and technology partners. The future Manager, Media (m/f/d) will work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with other consultants and clients, often on-site with the client, to develop an acceleration strategy tests to improve marketing ROI. You will be assessing opportunities by looking at existing client accounts to make recommendations prioritized by client business impact as well as managing campaigns across multiple paid media channels from forecasting, strategy and campaign development, to execution, optimization, and measurement. You’ll generate insights that feed into overall marketing strategy and drive broader business impact and analyse the client’s data driven marketing and biddable media strategy, setup, measurement and optimization process to identify opportunities to drive better business impact. Have the ability to determine the right KPI’s based on client goals, ranging from awareness, to traffic, to online and offline sales ROI. Further should consult on new optimization approaches, the application or automation and AI, ad-tech and innovation to drive further improvements. To achieve goals, build trust with clients, My client’s teams work as marketing experts that solves tough business problems based on deep in-platform experience and stays cutting edge on innovation and developments within the industry; develop POVs and recommendations on a variety of topics to guide clients and partners.
You have 4-6 years’ experience with driving results in biddable media (Search, Social, Programmatic in a leading Agency, in-house team or Tech company and are recognized by your clients and colleagues as a true expert. Now you are eager to take the next step in your career into consulting to help clients accelerate their (digital) marketing approach to drive measurable business results.
Requirements The ideal candidate (m/f/d) has a comprehensive and first-class expert knowledge of all tools, platforms and tactics of digital marketing with a clear focus in digital performance marketing and biddable media. He/she has gained this after successfully completing a degree – ideally with a focus on marketing and/or communications – through many years of experience marked by success as an expert in digital marketing at a leading brand or a corresponding agency, with a focus on digital business models, or marketing, or a consulting firm in this sector. You will be familiar with digital media platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google DV360 and familiar with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics). Candidates require to be passionate about data driven marketing and is able to translate his/her deep experience into comprehensible explanations to other specialists and to senior clients. Proven track record of analysing biddable media campaigns, identify optimization potential and delivering ROI improvement.
