In this role, you’ll be supporting strategy planning and execution for regional marketing programs, in the space of digital marketing and branding. Markets include Australia, Taiwan, Korea, HK, Middle East. You’ll collaborate with and report to the Head of Brand and Digital Strategy APAC and support the local teams with the execution of plans.

Our client is an international financial company, looking to expand their team in Hong Kong.

A strong affinity with and knowledge of everything digital is required and you are able to drive the digital marketing activities. You will collaborate regularly with global digital teams, local channel marketing groups, regional marketing teams as well as your own your marketing peers in the Brand & Digital Strategy Team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the head of brand & digital strategy in managing the creation of regional marketing initiatives
  • managing regional marketing initiatives with cross-market use
  • analyse data, synthesize objectives, develop integrated strategy, create work plans, and execute your own tasks while managing others to deadlines
  • Regional contact point
  • optimize in-flight campaigns and update the strategy and processes of future campaigns and lead the ongoing development and refinement of digital campaign analytics

Your Profile

  • Around 10 year experience in online marketing and branding, including SEM, Display, CRM, Social Media, User Experience and Analytics
  • Background: Preferable from asset management, retail banking, or insurance. Industry knowledge is a big plus.
  • Strong in stakeholder management, and great interpersonal skills to efficiently deal with internal and external vendors (and able to brief creatives)
  • Experience with strategy planning: Look into data and interpret that and use in marketing approach/planning. Able to act from data and use it for future planning.
  • Experience in managing regional brand programs
  • Great communication in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
