My client is a global, multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural creative company. Everything they do builds on creative excellence and uncompromising quality. They are fiercely independent and entrepreneurial, with their creative founders still involved in the business.

They have a company with four locations: London, San Francisco, New York and Zurich. With their London office being around 50 strong.

This is an opportunity to join our Marketing team based in our London studio.

The Role

The objective of their marketing team is to ensure the positioning of the company is communicated to the market and chosen audiences. The team is organized across locations to ensure local knowledge and support for

business regions on their timezone.

The Marketing Manager works closely with the Global Marketing Director and the North America Marketing Manager to create content, generate awareness opportunities, and measure the impact of marketing activities to ensure efforts are aligning to business objectives.

The Marketing Manager is an important role within the agencies marketing team. It requires someone with a ‘creator’ mindset: they must have excellent communication skills, and know what makes for compelling cross-channel

content. This person is also an expert ‘producer’: they have strong project management experience and are driven by a get-it-done attitude.

Responsibilities will include:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for activating the Marketing Plan within UK and Europe, and globally where the project or communication requires it. The key day-to-day responsibilities include:

o Understanding and analysing their competitor space

o Understanding the agencies target audiences, know what motivates them and know how to reach them

o Own case study creation for client projects across capabilities, working directly with client and internal teams (Consultant, Creative Lead, Project lead and Marketing Director) to gather inputs and achieve signoffs.

o Own Social Media content creation – creating expert and engaging daily social media updates across channels

– and owning channel management and measurement

o Manage the creation of content to support our Business Development function in order to best present them to potential clients (ie creds decks, showreel films, pitch responses etc)
