The Client:

One of the leading education programme providers globally offering tertiary education programmes and services at different levels. 30+ years of presence with 100+ staff in Hong Kong, they are now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the team.

 

The Role:

  • Able to drive and take charge of all-rounded marketing and branding initiatives to maintain student retention and acquisition
  • Provide training and support to junior staff in the team to meet business objectives
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies and drive student enrolments for Higher Education programs through effective use and analysis of digital and social media marketing
  • Provide accurate budgeting and planning for marketing initiatives and resource planning
  • Monitor campaign/activity progress, evaluate media and campaign effectiveness optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Build and expand strong partnership with local and international media to drive brand awareness and precense 
  • Work closely with events and sales team for marketing promotions and be able to work closely with different department leaders on collaborations

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder with Marketing degree a plus
  • 5-7 years of integrated marketing experience with at least 3 years of managerial exposure
  • B2C background is a must, open to agency or in-house experience
  • Strong working knowledge on digital marketing including search engine marketing and social media marketing
  • Familiar with Facebook Ad Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese a must
  • Able to think strategically and creatively while meeting business objectives
