They want to make themselves the most respected and well-known digital product consultancy in the UK.
To date, they’ve channelled their energy into shipping products, early and often. Developing an industry voice or celebrating their own successes was always left for another time. Their work is based on great craft, user insight and validation. They don’t chase awards but working in this way means they’ve picked up their fair share. And having had a few recent successes with content they put out into the world, they understand the impact marketing can have, both on new business and culture. Now they’re hungry for more.
Having changed their name earlier this year, they have reset any brand recognition they had built up. But they also created a blank canvas to grow a whole new brand.
Now they’re looking for someone to take the lead on this – creatively, strategically and budgetary. Someone not just to be part of the growth but to be one of the main drivers of it. They want you to come partner with other expert practitioners to help develop and implement new marketing strategies that will transform them into an industry recognised brand.
You will help turn project learnings, domain expertise, and their ways of working into impactful marketing assets, from industry events to whitepapers and open source code. And use your experience to create campaigns that drive a variety of clients and talent to their door.
Their culture is a balance between autonomy and collaboration, insight and intuition, work and life. They’re ambitious and hardworking but they do get home on time. They have two dogs. And they & I think you’ll like working here. Join them and help make them famous.
