Applicants will be assessed on what they can do, not solely their credentials. A portfolio of recent experience and a minimum of 5 years of work experience would be preferred. Responsibilities:

• Develop product strategy vision and roadmaps, with short, medium and long-term featuresto achieve the vision
• Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and productdevelopment programs; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing
• Champion and gain buy-in for the strategy and roadmap from partner teams throughcollaboration, documentation, and negotiation that effectively influences peers and seniormanagement
• Work with engineering, design, operations, finance and leadership team to bring productsto market and develop and grow business opportunities
• Develop user experience goals, stories and requirements that will be used to drive productspecifications
• Drive overall Product roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of Product Owner experience, including the ability to build, lead and work withcross-functional teams to deliver strategic objectives
• Experience with development tool product ownership with a strong user experience emphasis
• Strong technical background including cloud, docker, Kubernetes technologies
• Negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to influence and persuadepartners to reach optimal decisions for the business
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the driveto make that vision a reality
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentations skills, with demonstratedexperience engaging and influencing senior leadership
• Passion for problem solving in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to back upassumptions and develop business cases
• Passion for connecting and influencing people to drive towards a shared business goal
• A strong project management background is key to manage varying levels of complexityand timelines running concurrently over extended periods of time
• Strong product development through agile methodologies including scrum and Kanban
• Ability to interact positively, clearly and professionally with peers
• Flexible, open-minded, self-motivated, quick learner, initiative, reliable and a team player
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize activities, work independently and calmly under pressurePersonal Attributes:
