Our client, the Digital Services team of a global automotive brand is looking for a
PRODUDCT OWNER CUSTOMER SERVICE APP (f/m) in Berlin
As product owner you will be responsible for helping our client rediscover how they can connect with customers in the field of maintenance and service. To shape the product the PO will be working closely with development, product design, business, and communications teams.
The role requires an in-depth understanding of digital products and the ability to create delightful services. At the same time, sharp operational leadership skills will be essential when scaling the product into different markets.
− Define key priorities for the product strategy as well as a roadmap
− Define success metrics and funnels as well as clear targets for KPIs together with the other stakeholders
− Collaborate with mobile engineers, designers, and different freelancers to accompany the execution of your projects from start to finish
− Have to allocate financial resources to put your strategy in action
− Identify potential audiences and come up with specific targeting for each group
− Work collaboratively, helping your colleagues (and the team) become better from their experience
− Strong leadership capabilities
− An understanding for international markets and how value proposition and the scope of a product might need to adapt
− Practical experience in leading teams in an agile environment (Scrum)
− Ability to combine research, analytics, and intuition to determine product direction
− Strong presentation skills and comfort in delivering technical and value conversations with company executives
− An intrinsic motivation for building good products that put the users in the center
− Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adjust, and Marketing Automation tools
− Fluent in English and a good understanding of German
− Possess a solid understanding of mobile application development and the nuances of designing for multiple platforms and devices
