We are looking for a hands-on Sales and Business Development Executive that can
collaborate with the Sr Sales Executive to build a sales strategy and execute it. The
role is crucial in supporting the team to grow the business, with realistic sales targets
and high earning potential. You will have flexibility in time and location and you are
an important asset in a period of growth.

Your responsibilities:
• Achieving sales targets
• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand customer base
• Support the sales team to balance customer needs and resources appropriately to
maintain a healthy cost of sales, build and track pipeline opportunities
• Activate new market segments and opportunities
• Be highly responsive to customer needs and work cross-functionally internally to
satisfy customers and grow relationships
• Work closely with Sr Sales Executive to implement projects and sales strategies

Your profile:
• Degree holder
• B2B sales experience in e-commerce and/or retail industry
• Successful sales track record exceeding sales and/or business development goals
• Knowledge of digital marketing is preferable
• Able to collaborate with the Sr Sales Executive and communicate clearly
• Highly effective written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a
big plus.

You will be a part of a growing firm with challenging but highly rewarding work. The
work is result-driven, and working hours and location are flexible. The base salary is
50% of your possible total income if targets are met. Annual salary including
commission can go up to 300k – 500k HKD.
