As a scrum master / business analyst, you will take responsibility for the required scrum ceremonies; you will ensure that they are run efficiently and that any impediments are resolved expediently without impacting your team’s work speed. You must also be able to manage yourself confidently and successfully navigate and deliver all aspects of your given assignments. You will have a passion for delivering digital solutions that are as polished as they are innovative, capture necessary requirements, and significantly contribute to building a solution that fits them perfectly. Moreover, you will work closely with clients, project management, and their technical and user-experience teams.

Key Responsibilities

” Establish and run a scrum team using scrum ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

” Produce and explain sprint burndowns, burnups, and release plans.

” Understand and implement estimation techniques for sprint planning.

” Coordinate with other scrum masters in a scaled agile environment.

” Use Jira to track your backlog, assign tasks, manage time, and produce reports.

” Be comfortable discussing concepts related to UX, design, and technology.

” Communicate team status to a variety of stakeholders.

” Use their software and systems to keep track of people and progress.

” Ensure a collaborative “one team” approach comprised of both client and agency representatives.

” Be intuitive and perceptive and have outstanding communication skills.

” Manage the impact analysis of changes at both the solution requirement and resource levels.

” Participate in user modelling and requirements-gathering workshops.

” Document and control project requirements.

” Develop and manage the scrum sprint backlog (epics, stories, etc.).

” Assist in scrum iteration planning.

” Direct the solution to meet client expectations and requirements.

” Have strong experience working across the full SDLC and requirement and functional specification development, particularly within a scrum environment.

” Have strong experience with web development technologies and online user experience.
