Our clients, one of the world’s largest creative and communications agency is growing their team and is looking for a SCRUM master with a strong background in customer experience across the digital landscape. 

Responsibility:

• As Scrum Master, you will be working closely with scrum teams of researchers, strategists, consultants, UX and UI designers.

• Planning and conducting daily scrums, sprint planning, and sprint review sessions

• Organising usability testing, including user recruitment, moderation and facilitation, translation of findings into additional user stories

You would have:

• Scrum master certification, at minimum CSM or PSM I. Second level (CSP, PSM II) a bonus

• Experience working on mobile apps, website and system projects in an agile/SCRUM environment. 

• You are are experienced in creating needs-based user stories and know techniques for prioritising them in a backlog
