Our client is a marketing and communications agency network founded 2005 in Korea, and 2007 in Frankfurt. The German operations are within 8 European offices dedicated to two top car brands, with approximately 300 employees with 35 different nationalities. In their Frankfurt location they are now looking for a Senior Account Manager.

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the development and execution of all European marketing campaigns & projects from initiation to implementation for their clients in the automotive industry. The position holder will be the key point of contact for the client for 360° Marketing related activities. The Senior Account Manager will work with a set of internal and external partners and third-party agencies in areas such as creative development, media and other specialized area. He/she will work closely with internal departments as well as across the agency’s network.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Takes the responsibility for all 360° marketing campaigns
  • Manage account activities from initial brief to end of project completion including reporting
  • Plan, manage client budgets including strategic client business development activities
  • Actively manage all aspects of client relationship to achieve highest level of client satisfaction by ensuring work meets client expectations and is delivered on time and on budget
  • Maintain knowledge of clients’ business, competition, latest industry news and trends
  • Develop cost effective & justifiable responses to client requirements
  • Use creative/technical judgment and skills to ensure all jobs are consistent with the project objectives and the communication strategy
  • Ensure contractual agreements with client & third-party agencies are fulfilled
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation: project plan, brief, status reports, risk assessment plans, change requests
  • Analyze outcome and performance indicators of digital marketing campaigns and overall activities

 

Your Profile:

  • 3-4 years of experience in an international agency & preferably automotive experience
  • High self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as in team environments
  • Very good project and process management skills up to successful closure
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Conceptual thinking, modern cross cutting skills and analytical mind
  • High level of comfort when working in matrix and high paced organizations
  • Ability to negotiate, to convince or persuade others combined with good presentation skills
  • At ease with working daily with culturally diverse teams
  • Flexible with rapid changes
  • Entrepreneurial flair and genuinely collaborative
  • English (fluent), German would be a plus
