I am looking for a Senior/ Lead Delivery Manager to join a luxury goods conglomerate who are looking to expand their Software Development Team within their Digital department.

You will be joining a truly agile, cross-functional team of technology experts working on digital offerings across the group’s 70+ luxury brands.

Working as a part of a distributed team that is closely aligned with the business, this is an opportunity to work with their product owners and users and make a real difference in next generation luxury retail. Day to day responsibilities:

” You will enable the team to deliver new features and to support the platform or applications, using the appropriate agile methodology, learning & improving frequently

” You will lead a multidisciplinary team, helping all team members to grow their careers within the company

” Working with the Product Owner, you will help to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories

” You will match the deliverables of the roadmap and what needs to be achieved against the capacity and capability of the team

” You will ensure that the team build solutions to an appropriate level of quality

” You will actively participate in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in new ways-of-working from outside the company

” As a result, you are ultimately accountable for optimal delivery timings and cost.

Essential Experience:

” Experience in translating technology and business strategies into deliverable action plans

” Fluent in both English & French

” Experience in facilitating the delivery of high quality software solutions through teams

” Experience in directly line managing team(s)

” Broad range of experience gained across software delivery (Testing, Business Analysis, User Experience, Digital Design, Development, Project Management)

” Experience of introducing, coaching and delivering value from agile methodologies

” Experience of building release plans and roadmaps
