About the role:

  1. Lead the conversation with brief owners and develop a clear SoW during the briefing phase and ensure delivery during the deliver phase.
    1. Must have significant hands-on experience (ideally 5 – 7 years) of producing high production value content especially digital assets with marketing communications objectives.
    2. Well-drilled in end-to-end content delivery, including: shaking down briefs, scoping, creative development, and delivery of projects on time and on budget.
    3. An open-minded approach to different production models and ability to innovate.
    4. Experience of crewing-up productions, pulling in the right expertise according to the task at hand
    5. Have a sound knowledge of the company’s channels in which content will live (social, retail, broadcast, PR) to be able to advise and direct on strategy and to ensure they receive tailored and impactful content.
  • Deliver projects, produce campaign related assets that are suitably planned, governed, resourced and managed.
    1. Agree detailed briefs and specifications for new content projects – interrogating brief owners and ensure requirements are justifiable, achievable and meet the overall business objectives.
    2. Lead the conversation with brief owners and develop a clear SoW during the briefing phase and ensure delivery during the deliver phase.
    3. Able to scope large pieces of work, leading the process of breaking down amorphous problems into deliverable solutions.
    4. Confidence in managing production budgets up to £250k and able to build detailed cost estimates and timing plans
    5. Able to identify, mitigate and manage project risks.
  • Support the Regional Programme Management Lead in supplier management
    1. Support the Regional Programme Management Lead in management of the briefing processes with our suppliers.
    2. Responsible for feeding projects into the SoW and maintaining accuracy on project timings.
    3. Develop relationships with external production partners and be able to cast suppliers depending on the job to be done.
    4. Commercially astute and skilled at negotiating with and the ongoing management of suppliers.
    5. Experience of casting and talent management.
    6. Experience of usage and licensing negotiation and working with legal teams to ensure the appropriate documentation is in place to reflect these agreements.
  1. Work closely with the wider CoE GCN’s Planning and Operations team to transparently communicate risks to the business.
    1. Attend regular planning sessions to communicate status and escalate issues where appropriate
    2. Maintain a close relationship with the CoE GCN creatives team and other CoEs to share best practice and WoW.
    3. Update and maintain all relevant documents (including, but not limited to, the RAG status)
    4. Works closely with the other Project Manager, Producer, Strategist and Media at CoE GCN or wider CoEs on up-to-date resource planning, ensuring the most effective and appropriate use of internal and external resource.
