We’re looking for someone who loves being on the frontlines of the business working with enterprise customers and cross-functional internal teams. You’re perfect for this role if you possess a strong technical acumen, exceptional project management skills, and prior experience in SaaS / enterprise software delivery in a consulting, project management, professional services or related client-facing position.

 

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary account owner for one of our client’s largest strategic accounts. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client teams and executive sponsors to drive overall product adoption and engagement

• Liaise between client team members and our client’s staff for all matters related to software integration, performance, and lifecycle management

• In collaboration with the company’s Business Development and Product, manage the full lifecycle of onboarding new customers post sale; drive execution of product vision, capture key learnings, resolve issues, and help customers reach their goals with the company

• Ensure customers meet and exceed adoption and usage targets while capturing customer feedback and championing customer needs internally

• Lead the resolution of key issues impacting your customers; lean on leadership for support and guidance Qualifications

• 10+ years’ of relevant professional experience in a consulting, project management, professional services, or similar client-facing position

• Technology experience with mobile, SaaS, or big data and analytics solutions

• Industry Experience in Smart Automotive, Telematics, and/or Insurance • Fluency speaking and writing in both Mandarin and English

• Technical literacy and experience supporting complex enterprise and/or developer facing deployments

• Prior software delivery experience working with General Motors prior

• Strong project management skills and the ability to initiate and execute complex, cross-functional projects

• Understanding of account management processes for customers of all sizes and a track record for making strategic customers successful

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with technical and business teams at all levels of an organization

• Experience working with CXO / senior leaders, leading and presenting to an executive level audience

• Proficiency with project management tools

• Creative & strategic thinker capable of empathizing with clients & end users

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment at a rapidly growing company

• 10 to 15% travel may be required

• Experience creating, maintaining, and implementing training and onboarding programs a plus

• PMP certification preferred
