Role Accountabilities:
- Lead CRM business reviews for the region as to drive achievement of CRM KPIs, provide insights to better understand business challenges and identify marketing planning opportunities
- Analyse customer and social data and identify the key drivers of engagement throughout the customer life cycle and propose marketing and CRM initiatives to deliver long-term business goal and customer loyalty
- Develop an analytic roadmap to support the execution of marketing programs
- Analyse consumer journey from Tmall with AIPL model by using the databank
- Provide constructive segmentation direction for on platform marketing to support business strategy decision
- Build the china omni channels CRM program including but not limited Tmall, Red, & wechat mini program
- Drive e-pop-up businesses
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business or related discipline
- >5-year relevant experience in beauty, CRM or eCommerce
- Skilled at data analysis and draw actionable insights for developing innovative customer programs
- Hands-on and results-driven mentality
- Analytical, logical and strategic
- Positive, independent and a good team player
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Good interpersonal, communication, partnership and influence management skills
- Excellent Microsoft software skills and tech background
