Our client is one of the most fastest growing and globally renowned international luxury beauty brand in China and Asia. They are looking for a strategic, dynamic and opportunity driven team member to drive the China market.

 

Role Accountabilities:

  • Lead CRM business reviews for the region as to drive achievement of CRM KPIs, provide insights to better understand business challenges and identify marketing planning opportunities
  • Analyse customer and social data and identify the key drivers of engagement throughout the customer life cycle and propose marketing and CRM initiatives to deliver long-term business goal and customer loyalty
  • Develop an analytic roadmap to support the execution of marketing programs
  • Analyse consumer journey from Tmall with AIPL model by using the databank
  • Provide constructive segmentation direction for on platform marketing to support business strategy decision
  • Build the china omni channels CRM program including but not limited Tmall, Red, & wechat mini program
  • Drive e-pop-up businesses

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or related discipline
  •  >5-year relevant experience in beauty, CRM or eCommerce
  • Skilled at data analysis and draw actionable insights for developing innovative customer programs
  • Hands-on and results-driven mentality
  • Analytical, logical and strategic
  • Positive, independent and a good team player
  • Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Good interpersonal, communication, partnership and influence management skills
  • Excellent Microsoft software skills and tech background
