Strategic Consultant (f/m) – Cologne, Hamburg, Frankfurt or Berlin

Our client is a key player for brand experience; not only in Europe but also in Greater China where digital trends and emerging technologies have a growing impact on their international concepts. Headquartered in Cologne, they operate as a creative innovation hub taking on strategy, creative, engineering, production and events. We are looking for a Strategic Consultant for Germany to work out of one of their offices.


  • Heading up Client Services, you strategically drive the client relationship, acting as a trusted partner to existing and to potential new clients
  • Consult and present at C-Level
  • Lead highly complex international and cross-office projects that demand special attention and strong client leadership experience
  • Rooted in a deep understanding of the company´s vision and mission, reach out to the most valuable clients on the market
  • Deliver an understanding of holistic brand experience to clients to change perception and ultimately drive sales
  • Focus on research and planning to gather as many insights as possible on your clients’ industries and markets as well as on their competitors
  • Share your knowledge with the internal teams and the management to raise awareness of market developments and the clients’ challenges
  • Prepare and conduct quarterly inspirational lectures on your insights and act as an ambassador of a knowledge sharing culture across the agency’s offices
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Business Development and Creative on multiple projects across international offices
  • Work closely with the Cologne strategy team and the Chief Strategy Officer aligning global processes, methodologies and strategic client approaches


  • 6-8 years´ experience in branding, experience design or digital strategy
  • Experience working in agencies, production or a digital-savvy environment
  • Able to lead and inspire teams, strong consultancy and sales skills
  • Confident and flexible and experience working in interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience with work grounded in insights about people, applying your skills to real-world human challenges
  • Excellent communicator with great instincts about how to synthesize and tell a captivating story
  • Networker by heart, empathetic, charismatic, enthusiastic
  • Fluent English, German a plus
