UK Employer Brand League Table
Great people make great businesses. The quality of a company’s digital services, products and experience are essential to differentiating themselves from their competitors. Therefore, for attracting talent and long-term success, a company’s employer brand are paramount.
With digital skills in high demand and short supply, we thought we would ask the digital community who they want to work for and why!
We surveyed 504 digital specialists in the UK and asked them to rank the top 5 companies they want to work for, and their top 3 reasons they would choose a new employer.
To produce the employer brand league, an entrant’s first choice company we awarded 5 points, second choice got 4 points, number three got 3, and so on. When two or more companies have the same number of points, we’ve ranked them based on how popular they are. For example, Twitter and Oracle got the same no of points but more people included Twitter in their top 5 than Oracle, so Twitter appears higher in the league.
