An Update from Berlin

Cogs Berlin, who will be turning five this year, enjoyed an absolutely storming 2016! With new internal hires, some incredible client wins and of course the move to their new cool office space. They have now managed to transform their new work-space into a dynamic office oozing class and creativity.

The Berlin team offer a broad service to their clients and candidates through leveraging Cogs Agency’s international network, and increasing collaboration with the London & Asia offices to ensure both global opportunities for their candidates, and the best access to international talent for our clients.

The creative desk sharpened it’s offer and focus in terms of experience and service design talent. The team work with a range of blue-chip clients in this field, ranging from global management/tech consultancies and their innovation labs/creative hubs to service-design-consultancies and startups in the fields of Business and Strategic Design, Experience Design and Interaction Innovation; while building up and growing an international network of talented designers.

Last month the team also welcomed a new member to the tech team. Inna graduated with a Chinese/English translator degree and went on to work in telecoms and with several tech companies. Her role will be as a Senior Technical Consultant for the Berlin office, and she is currently working on Tech roles including – CTO, Java and Ruby developers. Inna is into Asian culture and travelling and has a pug called Cookie.

In other news, Jan successfully passed his exams as a Systemic Business Coache and is now certified professionals in the field of leadership, career and team coaching.
