We meet a lot of talent in the high volume areas that we recruit.  Meaning we can place certain candidates on a pay-on-results model. We work to your brief and only request our fee once a candidate has been engaged.

If we’re working on a contingency basis, we prefer to work as the sole agent.  As the sole agent, we make sure you see the best people in the market at the right time and pace.   The process can be handled more efficiently, with one point of contact, who can move all candidates through the process concurrently.
