For an international MarTech company, we are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Manager. Their software is helping marketers to drive growth across the funnel and support reaching their business goals.
The ideal Senior Solution Consultant (pre-sales) has experience in a SaaS company and can drive sales and inform clients on the technical side of the process.
In this client facing role, you will need to understand the technical implications of the client’s needs and translate that to solutions that will drive their online success.
- You’ll be actively involved in the pre-sales activities, participating in calls and meetings to understand the client’s technical requirements
- Able to translate these requirements to a plan of approach
- To convince and on board all stakeholders, you will prepare documents and slide decks and you are able to present your ideas and findings effectively
- Actively drive the conversation about data strategies, software integrations, BI concepts and other best practices in MarTech solutions
- Write and present hand-over documents and assist project management in creating the technical deliverables
- Endlessly curious and you know how to ask the right questions to get to the bottom of the problem or painpoint
- You have a combination of sales experience, tech understanding and marketing exposure
- About 3 years experience in a SaaS environment with Cloud experience
- You are a confident talker and preferable have experience in a client facing role
- Able to comfortably talk about middleware specifics and systems integration with developers
- Knowledge of database structure, SW architecture and implementation
- Besides English, you speak and write Cantonese. Mandarin is a big plus
- It would be great if you have HTML, PHP and MYSQL experience
