Looking for UX Lead to join a Global Asset Management Company based in Dalian, China. They have Global/APAC projects across different region/function, with digital platform design for internal department, trading platform, customer portal and financial product system design. Ideal candidate should have strong hands-on designing skill and fluent in English and Chinese (Speaking Japanese or understanding Japanese culture would be a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

-Act as the UX&D lead of the Digital Experience Studios

-Work closely with GDS team and be an advocate in country to ensure correct and latest standards used

-Addressing UXD issues collaboratively and work to resolve in an agile way of working

-Champion the standards and help educate the business of their benefits in your region

-Overall responsibility for design and UX output in Dalian
