We are thrilled to be kicking off the new year with a new member joining the Cogs London family.
Meet Leandro; a semi professional footballer and startup entrepreneur with bundles of positive energy. He will be joining Loris, Greg and Joe in the Design team at Cogs.
Why did you choose Cogs?
After seeing the culture here and being given the opportunity to work with a team that want to help me grow and expand my knowledge, I knew I had to get involved!
What has been your career journey so far?
I was lucky enough to have the chance to shadow and work alongside several companies throughout college such as BP, Hitachi capital and British Airways. Since then, I co-founded an EdTech start-up and have been learning from new obstacles that we have faced along the way.
What’s your biggest achievement to date?
Co-founding a start-up which has helped me meet new people and expand my network.
What is your biggest motivation?
Making genuine connections with like-minded people and learning from those interactions is what drives me to continue to develop my career path. Iβm also motivated by seeing progress whether thatβs fitness goals or my individual progress in whatever it is that I am doing.
