Refer great talent to us as candidates

a. Check in with us about your referral with a Name, Contact Number and their LinkedIn profile.
b. A consultant will be in touch with the referee and advise you of the qualification of the referral.
(i.e. the candidate must not be contacted by Cogs for the last 6 months)
c. On success, you will be notified about your reward once your referral passes the probation period and our placement fee is secured.
d. The referral is only valid for placement within 6 months of introduction.
