The “Black Cab Interviews” is a series of interviews in which Michael Tomes, Creativepool’s founder, of the network for agencies, brands and individuals site, takes industry heavyweights on a cab ride in London, New York and Singapore to chat about their careers, work and thoughts about the creative industry. 

Michael talks to Chris on the history of the Cogs brand, the challenges of setting up a business in Asia, the markets in Asia, the negative perception of recruiters and how Singapore is supporting the growth of the industry.
