Of the late, talent acquisition chatbots have been implemented by the likes of MNCs like T Mobile, PepsiCo and L’Oréal to engage with a high volume of job applications. There’s even a company – Hirevue, whose products go to the extent of analysing body language and voice through video interview as a pre-hire assessment tool.

Her past career has included stints at e-commerce and fintech start-ups in London, and she has worked across product, design, data and technology. Sharon takes interests in how people think, feel and do, and applying this to the design of products and services that solve genuine problems and user needs. She is attuned to technology and has built development teams from single digits to multiple Scrum teams, and have tried and tested most flavours of Agile and Lean inspired processes along the way.

Sami is Senior Product Manager (Search & Matching) at SEEK Asia.  A Life-long learner, Seek Asia has been a perfect blend for an opportunity to learn new technologies, design exciting products and build high performing teams across the globe.  Have over 5+ years of experience in matching, working with our Data scientists across Australia, South America, Hong Kong and Malaysia to build Recommendation engines, Search Algorithms helping candidates find their dream roles.  With continued passion, have a lot more to learn and deliver in this space which keeps this role challenging and exciting!
