We’ll often reach out on LinkedIn with a message that paints a picture of the role and company. When it comes to first meetings, some people just want us to send the JD. But we don’t. Why? Because we’d rather take the time to really understand your skills, goals, challenges, and dream job, then match you with the opportunities that actually fit.
In just 30 minutes, we’ll explore everything from your work history to your 5-year plan. Many candidates tell us they walk away having discovered things about themselves they hadn’t realised before.

Applications & Screening
If a client turns down a candidate for reasons that don’t add up, we’ll push back. More than once, we’ve successfully changed minds — and helped people land roles.
Interview Stage
Usually 2–3 rounds. We’ll be there to handle scheduling, prep you with FAQs, share insights about the hiring manager, and debrief with you afterward. It’s a true tag-team effort.
