Tech Recruitment Speed Dating

Cogs Agency and ReDI Scool of Digital Integration are collaborating once again to support technology and digital engineering asylum seeker students to find their dream job.

The “Tech Recruitment Speed Dating” event aims to bring together junior tech talent and digital-minded companies for a speedy recruitment process.

Time & Place: June 22^nd, 2018, 15.00 – 18.00 at ReDI School Berlin (Am Nordbahnhof 3, 10115 Berlin)

Who: HR and hiring managers from selected digital agencies, innovation hubs and tech start-ups

Talent: 40 junior professionals in the fields of software engineering (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, SASS, Angular, Java, IoT), UI and UX design, technical project management

During the event, candidates will move between the client-stations, and each candidate will have 5 minutes to pitch themselves to you. If they impress you, you will have time for a long conversation with the students after the “speed-dating” part.

Prior to the event, ReDI and Cogs will discuss your recruitment needs, then should you decide to hire a candidate after the event, Cogs and ReDI will support you with the hiring, visa and onboarding processes.
