Responsibilities

+ Shape the overall product vision, system design and development for the company’s blockchain finance solutions, including but not limited to borrowing and lending function, asset management, risk, options and strategies;

+ Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps and areas of improvements for the company’s solutions;

+ Ensure strong collaboration and communication across teams – business development, operations, marketing, engineering, testing and any other relevant department(s);

+ To be familiar with product design and project management tools, and responsible for post-launch improvements and iterations.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably majoring in Computing, Information Systems;

+ Prior product management experience, at least 3 years in blockchain finance solutions;

+ Experience in the crypto industry, finance institutions, e-commerce would be a bonus;

+ Familiar with excel, SQL tools, data analytics;

+ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;

+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

+ Self-driven, positive attitude and team player.
